How to remove watermarks from PDF?

I recently found two rare books on project management that I wanted to upload. However, I noticed watermarks on them. To avoid unnecessary trouble, I wanted to remove those watermarks, but I don’t know how to do it – I don’t have Adobe software installed; its files are too large. I use Fo*to. Is there any way to remove watermarks without having to install Adobe?
fo*t has a FO*T EIDTOR, it’s small and usable. But ADODBE is necessary, after all it is a native software. I encountered a situation where the watermark had a border; the text “ADOBE” on the watermark could be removed using FO*T EDITOR, but the border couldn’t be removed with that tool – it had to be removed using ADOBE.
