Details of the circulating water process flow

The company needs to set up a circulating water system; the water consumption is low, so the use of cooling towers is not considered. I want to use a pump to send water to a higher height; the water then flows onto a plate before going into the pool. The purpose of the plate is mainly to increase the contact time, allowing the water to come into full contact with air for better cooling. I would like to ask what kind of board is suitable, as well as the required installation height. The water cooling capacity is 24 T/h; how should the pump be selected? This type of panel requires a certain installation angle; PE panels can be used for this purpose. When selecting a water pump, the parameters to consider are flow rate, head, and power. In fact, this method of using water volume is not as effective as the cooling method involving a spray head; it’s similar to a shower head that sprays the water to be cooled directly into the air, allowing the water to come into contact with air and lose heat.
