Method 1: Spiral separation + baffle + screen separation; Method 2: Spiral separation + multi-layer sleeve + screen separation ; Method 3: Spiral separation + baffle (multi-layer sleeve) + screen separation + ultrafiltration separation ; Method 4: Spiral separation + baffle (multi-layer sleeve) + screen separation + washing separation ; Method 5: Separator + water scrubber combined separation.

In response to 3# FEIJING, the separators mentioned by the friend are all of the network-type design. The three largest methanol projects in China over the past two years (with a capacity of over 1.6 million tons each) have adopted high-efficiency blade-type methanol separators that are not of the network-type. The structure of such separators includes an inlet primary blade separator, a kinetic and momentum distribution chamber, a secondary blade separation unit, an air lift pipe, a downcomer, a liquid seal device, an anti-vortex device, as well as devices for liquid level monitoring and control.
