Regarding the original passenger capacity for driving

Dear colleagues: For an overseas sulfur-based sulfuric acid production plant with a capacity of 500,000 tons per year, and without desalinated water, how many skilled operators are required for each shift during the initial commissioning phase? As for sulfur melting, as long as there is one or two skilled operators per shift, the main system can convert 1 unit of sulfur and absorb 1 unit per shift; it would be ideal if the boiler can handle 2 units per shift. It’s even better if there’s a shift leader. However, if the operators are willing to work hard, I think 3 to 4 people are sufficient to oversee the entire process – 1 to 2 people for the boiler, 1 to 3 people for acid production. During the heating phase, one person is assigned to each task, and once everything is running normally, each person can then supervise another shift. There might be operators as well, but the time spent driving abroad is considerable; once they go there, their job might be over. Besides, the skills of the operators are ultimately limited; in my opinion, it’s sufficient to have a few people who can guide the driving. Even if they drive by themselves, I think 3 people per shift should be enough. The busy periods are just those one or two shifts when driving! In fact, each time our system is used for driving, only about 2 people are involved in the process.
It’s a sulfuric acid production facility that accompanies the mining projects invested in abroad by central state-owned enterprises. The operators are not temporary workers; they are regular employees who enjoy all the social security benefits. They’re not temporary drivers either. Your company uses two people for each operation, and their skills are quite high. Please recommend some people for this role. There’s no need for drivers – skilled operators will suffice
