Issues related to steel pipe welding standards

The welding standard for austenitic stainless steel pipes is GB/T12771-1991; there are yet no standards for welding carbon steel or low-alloy steel pipes. Is that correct? This post was last edited by jia717 on 2009-4-15 at 17:55.]
There are standards for carbon steel spiral welded pipes, but it seems that the minimum diameter is 219
I really have never seen standards for welding steel pipes made of carbon steel or low-alloy steel; GB8163, GB9948, and GB6479 all pertain to seamless pipes
Does GB151 stipulate that when low-alloy pipes are used as shells, only seamless pipes may be employed? ?

It can’t be absolute, right? There are also galvanized pipes and spiral welded pipes. There should be standards, but they cannot be used to manufacture pressure vessels.
