May I ask about the selection between local level gauges and remote transmission level gauges? Operating temperature: 430°C; Operating pressure: 10 MPa. It is a vertical tank with a total volume of 0.4 cubic meters. The material is in a liquid-solid phase – what is the differential pressure? Buoy?
Using a high-pressure float as a remote level gauge should work, but there seem to be some issues with the liquid-solid two-phase situation. Using an ultrasonic level gauge might be better. With such high temperatures and pressures, and a liquid-solid phase, only high-pressure glass plates can be considered.
A differential pressure level gauge should be used for measuring the liquid level.
At first, a differential pressure type was chosen, but the temperature was too high and no manufacturers were available
