Scope of application of the design codes for oil depots: The general provisions state that these codes are not applicable to the design of oil storage and transportation facilities located within the premises of petrochemical plants. The terminology section refers to enterprises’ affiliated oil depots. How can one distinguish between oil storage and transportation facilities within a petrochemical plant’s premises and enterprises’ affiliated oil depots? Petrochemical plants and enterprises? The two codes mentioned on the second floor are actually the same; GB50074-2002 has replaced GBJ 74-1984, the Code for Design of Oil Depots
