We have a set of glass reaction equipment, and since it is necessary to burn the organic substances remaining on it after the reaction, a large oven is required. Reaction vessel dimensions: 3000X3000X2500; electric heating is required, and the internal space must be large enough to accommodate such a large vessel. My question now is: what approach should be adopted? Put the device of this size in entirely. The temperature reaches 700–800°C. A hint: Assuming the volume is small, a muffle furnace can be used. A high-temperature oven will do. The drying equipment we use in our factory to dry paint on heat exchangers is a high-temperature furnace; however, that furnace requires a temperature of 300 degrees, and its maximum dimensions are 3000X2000X4000. Your case should be compatible with a similar design. We also had to contact an external manufacturer to produce one for us.
