What is the difference between acceptance codes and standards for quality inspection and evaluation? Is there a difference in the applicable recipients?
Construction and acceptance specifications mainly set out the requirements for construction quality, as well as the items and aspects that need to be checked during the acceptance process； Quality inspection and evaluation standards specify the standard grade that determines whether it meets the requirements after inspection.
So, does my understanding hold? In other words, the construction and acceptance specifications are meant for the construction team to use as a guide for self-inspection during the construction process, while the quality assessment standards are intended for the quality supervision department to use in order to determine grades, is that right?
