Pipes of SLOPE in petrochemical projects

In petrochemical projects, which pipes must have a SLOPE, that is, be inclined? Why? Thank you!

Thank you, second floor! Why does the flare tube need to have a slope? I came across a link; it seems to be about a gas tube that needs to be dry, but I’m not quite sure about this yet. Could someone who is an expert explain this?
I used to work on piping in flare systems, and in my opinion, it should slope towards the tank side (the liquid separation tank or water seal tank) so that less oily liquid accumulates inside the flare tube.
