Dear colleagues, hello. I would like to ask about the material of the friction disc in electromagnetic brakes. We plan to replace them, so we want to know the material of the friction discs first. Thank you.
May I ask the original poster: What industry are you in? Where are electromagnetic brake friction discs used? Please introduce it, so that everyone can understand and learn about it!
For chemical processing machinery, the lifting motor of urea baling machines – due to broken fastening bolts and damaged friction discs – it is more cost-effective to purchase only the friction discs rather than the entire brake.
Dear YSF2009 Haiyou: Is your urea packaged and stacked using fully automatic systems? If so, which technology is used? What is the effect of its application?
The fully automatic packaging system used in our factory is the Xi’an Cilin MF2007NT fully automatic packaging electronic scale, while the bridge-type packing machine was supplied by Zhenjiang Electromagnetic Equipment Factory Co., Ltd.
The performance is quite good, and the after-sales service is also excellent.
Are there any friends from the Yangtze River Shipping Group Motor Factory (Wuhan)? How can one purchase the friction discs and internal gear components for brakes produced by your factory? If anyone who is familiar with this process could provide some information, it would be very helpful; we need them urgently.
