We also need to put the special sections of our forum at the top. We are a chemical forum. Except for the novice area, the chemical section should be placed at the top, and the forum area should be placed at the end. I think this will highlight the theme. In each area, there are also certain rules for the order in which the layouts are placed. The most representative and popular layouts should be placed first. In addition, every time a member replies or posts, there will be some advertisements and disclaimers. I noticed that the order of these advertisements and statements is quite chaotic. Regarding member ratings, I think the appropriate delegation of management rights to ordinary members is a major feature of our forum. But the lack of oversight and constraints on this power can lead to chaos. Members often rate at will, without rating, and some rate to repay a favor, which defeats the original purpose of setting member ratings. My opinion is that only members who are familiar with this forum will be given the right to rate. Each moderator will decide which members to delegate the right to rate, and at the same time, appropriately reward these members with daily ratings. This can ensure the quality of the ratings and at the same time reward members who actively participate in forum affairs. It also reserves backup administrators for the forum, killing multiple birds with one stone.
