In accordance with the relevant guidelines issued by the Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the document No. Xin Ren Ban Fa (2009) 27 issued by the Office of the Personnel Department of the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, regarding the passing standards for 22 types of qualification exams including accounting exams in 2008, is hereby notified as follows: I. Passing standards for professional and technical qualification exams (1) Passing standards for accounting professional and technical qualification exams: The passing score for each subject at the junior and intermediate levels is 60 points (the full score for each exam is 100 points). (II) Passing standards for the statistical professional and technical qualification exams: The passing standard for each subject at the junior and intermediate levels of these exams is 72 points (the full score for each exam paper is 120 points). (III) Passing standards for the postponed examinations for health professional qualifications: The passing standard for all specialties and subjects at the junior and intermediate levels in these postponed examinations is 60 points (the full score for each subject’s exam paper is 100 points). (IV) Passing standards for the professional accounting examination: 1. The passing standard for each subject in the junior and intermediate levels of this professional accounting examination is 60 points (the full score for each subject’s exam paper is 100 points). 2. The passing score for each subject in the senior level of the Professional Accounting Qualification Examination is 60 points (the full score for each exam paper is 100 points). 3. For the advanced levels of the Professional Auditing Qualification Examination in the autonomous region, the passing standard for each subject is a score of no less than 50 points. (5) Passing standards for professional qualifications in publishing: The passing standard for exams at all levels and for all subjects in the field of publishing is 120 points (with the full score for each exam paper being 200 points). (VI) Passing standards for the economic professional and technical qualification exams: 1. The passing score for all specialties and subjects at the junior and intermediate levels of these exams is 84 points; the full score for each subject’s exam paper is 140 points. 2. The passing score for the Autonomous Region Economic and Professional Technical Qualification Examination (in Uyghur) is 80 points or higher in both subjects. (7) Passing standards for the second and third-level professional translation qualification (competence) exams in the second half of the year: The passing standard for all subjects related to written and oral translation (simultaneous interpretation) in the four languages—English, Russian, German, and Spanish—as well as for the simultaneous interpretation subjects at the second level is 60 points (the full score for each subject is 100 points). (8) Passing standards for the Computer Technology and Software Professional Qualification (Level) Examination in the second half of the year. (V) Passing standards for the Qualification Examinations for Real Estate Appraisers and Real Estate Agents
1. The passing standard for each subject in the Qualification Examination for Real Estate Appraisers is 60 points (the full score for each subject’s exam paper is 100 points). 2. The passing score for each subject in the real estate agent qualification exam is 90 points (the full score for each exam paper is 150 points). (VI) Passing standards for the licensed pharmacist qualification exam: The passing standard for each subject of the licensed pharmacist (pharmacy, traditional Chinese pharmacy) qualification exam is 60 points (the full score for each exam paper is 100 points). ( VII ) Passing standards for the First-Class Constructor Qualification Examination: Subject name, Full score of the exam paper, Passing standard. Construction Project Economics: 100, 60; Construction Project Laws and Related Knowledge: 130, 78; Construction Project Management: 130, 78. For specialized fields such as building construction, the full score is 160 and the passing standard is 96. For fields such as highways, railways, civil aviation airports, ports and waterways, water resources and hydropower, electricity, mining, metallurgy, petroleum chemistry, municipal utilities, communications and broadcasting, electrical installation, decoration, building engineering, mining engineering, and mechanical and electrical engineering.

( VIII ) Passing standards for the Cost Engineer Qualification Examination: Subject name, Full score of the exam paper, Passing standard. Engineering Cost Estimation and Control: 120, 72; Engineering Cost Case Analysis: 140, 84; Basic Theories and Related Laws of Engineering Cost Management: 100, 60; Construction Project Technology and Measurement (Civil Engineering); Construction Project Technology and Measurement (Installation).

( IX ) The passing standard for each subject in the Enterprise Legal Counsel Qualification Examination is 84 points (the full score for each subject’s exam paper is 140 points). (10) Qualification standards for the registered engineer in survey and design examination: 1. Basic examination – The passing score for the basic examination for registered engineers in all specialties is 132 points (the full score for each exam paper is 240 points). 2. Professional examinations: ① The passing score for the professional examinations for Level 1 and Level 2 registered structural engineers is 48 points (the full score for each exam paper is 80 points). ②The passing standards for the professional examinations of registered engineers in various specialties (except for first-class and second-class registered structural engineers) are shown in the table below: Serial Number, Specialty Name, Professional Knowledge Examination, Full Score for Professional Knowledge Paper, Professional Case Study, Full Score for Professional Case Study. 1. Registered Electrical Engineer – Power Transmission and Transformation: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 5. Registered Engineer in Power Supply and Distribution: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 6. Registered Chemical Engineer: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 7. Registered Environmental Engineer: 110; full score for case studies is 60. 8. Registered Civil Engineer – Geotechnics: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 9. Registered Civil Engineer – Ports and Waterways: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 10. Registered Civil Engineer – Water Resources and Hydropower Engineering: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 11. Registered Civil Engineer – Hydraulic Structures: 120; full score for case studies is 52. 12. Registered Civil Engineer – Hydrogeology for Water Resources and Hydropower Projects: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 13. Registered Civil Engineer – Resettlement Related to Water Resources and Hydropower Projects: 120; full score for case studies is 60. 14. Registered Civil Engineer – Soil and Water Conservation for Water Resources and Hydropower Projects: 120; full score for case studies is 52. (XI) Passing Standards for the Qualification Examination for First-Class Earthquake Safety Assessment Engineers: The passing standard for each of the three subjects in the qualification examination for first-class earthquake safety assessment engineers – “Laws, Regulations, and Related Knowledge on Earthquake Safety Assessment”, “Case Studies in Earthquake Safety Assessment”, and “Management and Practice of Earthquake Safety Assessment” – is 60 points (with a full score of 100 points for each subject). (12) Qualification standards for the Business Professional Qualification Examination: For the title of International Business Specialist, the passing score for the subject of International Business Theory is 60 out of 100, and the passing score for the subject of International Business Knowledge is also 60 out of 100. For those taking the examination in a foreign language, a score of 60 or above in the National Professional Title Foreign Language Test is required, or one must hold a certificate indicating proficiency at level B or higher in such a test. For the title of Export Agent, the passing score for the subject of Comprehensive Foreign Trade and Economic Affairs is 60 out of 100; for the foreign language components—English, Japanese, Russian, and French—the passing score requires success in both written and oral tests, with each part carrying a score of 60 out of 100. (13) Qualification standards for the Land Registration Agent Examination: The passing score for each subject in this examination is 60 out of 100 (with the full score for each test being 100). (14) Passing standards for the Certified Urban Planner qualification exam: The passing standard for each subject of the Certified Urban Planner qualification exam is 60 points (the full score for each exam paper is 100 points). Those who pass the above-mentioned qualification exams must fill out one copy of the \"Registration Form for Professional and Technical Personnel Qualifications\" when applying for their certificates. The personnel department of the competent authority shall then submit this form along with the data from the \"Xinjiang Professional and Technical Personnel Information Management System\" to the relevant departments of the autonomous region, where two copies of the \"Register for Applying for Professional and Technical Qualifications\" must be filled out as well, so that the relevant certificates can be issued. The grade reports are collected uniformly by the respective supervising agencies at the Autonomous Region Personnel Examination Center; test scores can also be checked through voice service platforms or text messages.
