You should get it after the preliminary design is completed, especially if it requires introduction or long-term ordering. Some even start ordering before the preliminary design is approved.
The key pump parameters can be obtained during the initial design. If you wait until the detailed design of the project, it will be too late! For some relatively mature processes, they can be obtained before initial design.
It can be determined by preliminary design according to normal conditions.
Three months after the preliminary design, key pump data and long-term equipment data sheets can be obtained for bidding and ordering.
