I think this translation is very inappropriate. \"Bench\" refers to a workbench in a workshop or a testing table in a laboratory; therefore, \"bench top\" should mean the surface of the workbench. As for \"non-tip\" in \"non-tip base\", I believe it means there is no tilt, that is, it is vertical and perpendicular to the ground, but this meaning is not reflected in the original translator’s version
