The O-ring is the most widely used type of seal in hydraulic and pneumatic transmission systems. It is mainly used for static sealing and reciprocating motion sealing. Fluororubber O-rings are resistant to oil and high temperatures. Dingqing O-rings are not oil-resistant

It can resist exposure to mineral oil, vegetable oil, animal oil, flame-retardant fluids such as HFA, HFB, and HFC, boiling water, and seawater. The operating temperature range for fluororubber is -25 to 200°C. It can resist exposure to various mineral oils and synthetic base oils, vegetable oils, animal oils, water-based flame-retardant hydraulic fluids, aromatic hydrocarbons and chlorinated hydrocarbon compounds, as well as most inorganic acid mixtures.
