Commencement of operation: 1. Before starting operations, check whether the equipment, pipelines, valves, and instruments are in condition to be used. 2. Ensure that the reaction tank and the liquid seal tank are filled with liquid; the emergency tank can be used to replenish the reaction tank. 3. Open the valve on the vent pipe at the top of the desulfurization tower, and use steam or nitrogen to displace the air inside the tower. When a large amount of steam or nitrogen begins to emerge from the vent pipe, slightly open the gas outlet valve to use gas to displace the steam or nitrogen in the pipes ; Open the gas inlet valve to replace the steam or nitrogen in the tower with gas, and close the cleaning valve. 4. A large amount of gas is escaping from the top of the tower; close the valve on the vent pipe at the top of the tower ; Notify the control room and the blower station to pay attention to changes in pressure behind the machine; open all the gas inlet and outlet valves, and close the gas bypass valves. 5. Start the desulfurization liquid circulation pump and adjust the circulation volume to meet the technical specifications. 6. First drain the water from the compressed air, then open the valve for compressed air entering the regeneration tower, and adjust the air volume to meet the technical specifications. 7. Adjust the liquid level regulator at the top of the regeneration tower to ensure that the sulfur foam can flow properly at full capacity. 8. Add catalysts in a timely manner and renew the desulfurization solution to ensure it meets technical specifications. Shut-down: 1. Notify the control room and fan operators to pay attention to changes in pressure behind the machine; open the gas traffic valve of the desulfurization tower, and close the inlet and outlet valves for gas to the desulfurization tower. 2. Stop supplying the desulfurization liquid, close the pump inlet and outlet valves, and close the compressed air valve. 3. When temporarily shutting down, close all the gas outlet valves; leave 3–5 turns on the inlet valve to maintain positive pressure inside the tower. 4. After winter, shut down the system for an extended period to drain the liquid from the equipment and pipelines, in order to prevent freezing damage. 5. In the event of shutdown for maintenance, open the vent pipe valves, and introduce steam into the tower from both the gas outlet pipeline and the bottom of the tower. Once a large amount of steam begins to emerge from the top of the tower, close the steam valves. Then close all the gas inlet and outlet valves, and plug these valves with blind flanges. Finally, open the manholes on the tower to allow ventilation. Conduct an air analysis before maintenance; entry to the tower is permitted only if it passes the test.
Does the poster have any drawings of the desulfurization regeneration tower?
