I. Inspection Route: When production is operating normally, inspections should be carried out along the following route: foam tank → plate and frame filter press → pre-cooling tower → circulating spray pump → circulating liquid cooler → ammonia water cooler → desulfurization tower → regeneration tower → reaction tank → desulfurization liquid circulation pump → emergency tank → water seal tank → underground vent tank. 1. Foam Tank 1.1 Check the temperature of the foam tank and adjust its liquid level promptly to prevent overflow. 1.2 Adjust the amount of heating steam and the steam pressure in the foam tank to ensure that the temperature inside the tank meets the required levels. 1.3 Check whether the mixer is operating properly to prevent blockage at the foam tank outlet. 1.4 Check whether the sulfur foam pump is operating properly, verify that there are no leaks in the sealing devices, inspect whether the foundation bolts are tight, and check whether the oil level in the oil reservoir is sufficient. Check whether the motor current of the foam pump, the bearing temperature of the pump, as well as the pressure and temperature at the pump outlet meet the requirements; address any abnormalities promptly. The standby pump should be turned over once after taking over each shift. 2. Plate and frame filter press 2.1 Check whether the clamping pressure of the hydraulic station, the filter press itself, the electrical control system, the pipelines, valves, filter plates, filter frames, and filter cloths are in good condition; also verify that there are no leaks between the plates. Any issues found should be resolved promptly. 2.2 Check the temperature and pressure of the medium entering the plate and frame filter press to ensure that the inlet medium pressure meets the requirements for unloading. 2.3 Ensure the pressure of compressed air entering the plate and frame filter press. 2.3 Check the amount of sulfur paste on the sulfur release tray, and transport it away regularly. 3. Pre-cooling tower 3.1 Check whether the temperature and pressure of the gas at the outlet of the pre-cooling tower, as well as the liquid level at the bottom of the tower, meet the technical specifications; drain waste liquids regularly and in a timely manner. 3.2 Check the temperature and flow rate of the low-temperature water entering the circulating spray liquid heat exchanger, to maintain the temperature of the circulating spray liquid and ensure that the temperature of the gas at the outlet of the pre-cooling tower meets the process requirements. 3.3 Check the temperature and pressure at the outlet of the circulating water entering the ammonia water cooler, as well as the temperature and pressure at the inlet and outlet of the remaining ammonia water, to ensure they meet the process requirements. 3.4 Check whether the circulating spray liquid pump is operating properly, verify if there are any leaks in the sealing devices, inspect whether the base foot bolts are tight, and check whether the oil level in the oil reservoir is sufficient. Check whether the motor current, the bearing temperature of the pump, and the pressure of the circulating spray liquid meet the technical requirements, and address any issues found promptly. 3.5 Check the temperature and pressure of the ammonia gas entering the pre-cooling tower to ensure they meet the process requirements. 3.6 Check whether the drain pipe and vent pipe of the water seal tank at the gas outlet of the pre-cooling tower are unobstructed; if blockages are found, clean them promptly using steam. 4. Desulfurization Tower 4.1 Check whether the temperature and pressure of the gas at the outlet of the desulfurization tower, as well as the liquid level at the bottom of the tower, meet the technical specifications. 4.2 Check whether the temperature of the desulfurization liquid entering the desulfurization tower meets the process requirements. 4.3 Check whether the desulfurization liquid circulation pump is operating properly, verify if there are any leaks in the sealing devices, inspect whether the base foot bolts are tight, and check whether the oil level in the oil reservoir is sufficient. Check whether the motor current, the bearing temperature of the pump, and the pump outlet pressure meet the technical requirements, and address any issues found promptly. Spray desulfurization waste liquid onto the coal tower regularly. 4.4 Check the level of the accident tank liquid and make adjustments in a timely manner based on the condition of the desulfurization liquid. 4.5 Check whether the mist catcher at the outlet of the desulfurization tower is unobstructed; if it is blocked, clean it promptly with steam. 5. Regeneration Tower 5.1 Check the flow rate and pressure of the compressed air entering the regeneration tower to ensure they meet the technical requirements. Drain the water accumulated in the compressed air pipes in a timely manner, and check the compressed air outlet for frost protection in winter. 5.2 Check the flow rate and temperature of the desulfurization liquid entering the bottom of the regeneration tower to ensure they meet the technical requirements. 5.3 Check the flow condition of the sulfur foam at the top of the tower to ensure that as much of the sulfur foam as possible is removed from the desulfurization liquid system. 6. Reaction Tank 6.1 Check the liquid level and temperature of the reaction tank to ensure they meet the process requirements. 6.2 Add the catalytic agent to the reaction tank on time and in the required amount to ensure that the components in the desulfurization circulating liquid meet the specified requirements. 6.3 Check the defoaming condition of the desulfurization solution in the reaction tank, and adjust the spraying amount of the desulfurization solution promptly. 6.4 Check the liquid level in the underground drain tank and pump it out promptly to prevent the gas-liquid mixing pump from running idle.
