Our company operates on a four-shift, three-shift rotation system. The shift allowance is 10 yuan per shift for those working the late shift from 0:00 to 8:00, 6 yuan per shift for those working the evening shift from 16:00 to 0:00, and there is no shift allowance for those working the day shift. The hazardous conditions allowance is 2.5 yuan per shift, calculated based on the number of valid shifts. Let’s talk about your workplace
The shift allowance for the night shift from 0:00 to 8:00 is 4 yuan per shift, while the allowance for the evening shift from 16:00 to 0:00 is 1.8 yuan per shift; there is no allowance for the day shift.
Our working hours are: morning shift from 03 to 11； Day shift: 11–19 hours ； Night shift: 19–03. There is a surcharge of 3 yuan for working morning and evening shifts, while 2.5 yuan per bowl for morning and evening shifts (for rice noodles, vermicelli, and pasta). Working the three-shift schedule from dawn to dusk is no different from working the long shift!

Our situation is the same as the original poster’s. Working shifts on the front line is truly like \"sacrificing one’s life\"; few people can probably adapt to such a routine. To reflect the hardships of working shifts, night shift allowances should be increased further!

It’s obvious from the poster that they work for a state-owned enterprise; we don’t get shift allowances.

What kind of company do you work for? Let me tell you: I’m from Nanjing. In ordinary foreign companies, the salary for day shifts is 20, and for night shifts it’s 50. In better companies, the salary for day shifts is 30 and for night shifts it’s 70. State-owned companies offer lower salaries, at 15 for day shifts and 30 for night shifts. Private companies certainly don’t offer salaries that are much lower than those in state-owned companies!
It’s completely different here; private companies don’t worry about so many things! There are no clear regulations regarding the shift allowance for front-line employees; the concept is rather vague. As long as they can get paid, that’s enough – no one bothers to question this arrangement. It would be great if regulations were established someday! From 0 to 8 o’clock, known as the long night shift, there is a bus every 10 minutes at a cost of 10 yuan; from 16 to 0 o’clock, it’s called the short night shift, with buses available every 10 minutes at a cost of 5 yuan. There is also a subsidy of 60 yuan per month for working in hazardous conditions, regardless of the shift you work
In our private company, there is no night shift allowance :L :L It’s a three-shift system. :'( :'(
The shift allowance is 15 yuan per night shift (8:00 PM to 8:00 AM), with an additional 180 yuan in shift subsidy per month, and two meals are provided.
We don’t get any night shift allowance, no toxic substance allowance, no snacks, and no overtime pay for holidays. Later, in order to satisfy the labor authorities, night shift allowances and holiday pay were included on the pay slips, but they were deducted from the base salary – that is, whatever amount was allocated for night shifts or holidays for that month was subtracted from the base salary. It’s pretty outrageous, isn’t it!? :(
We work in state-owned enterprises: the big night shift costs 2 yuan, while the small night shift costs 1.5 yuan. After finishing the big night shift each day, we are also required to do about 2 hours of voluntary work. And yet our boss still thinks he’s great, and wants his employees to praise him
