After the blower is inspected and repaired, no load test is allowed. 17. When the standby blower is in standby, it is not allowed to use steam to clean or leak steam. 18. After the cranking motor stops, it is prohibited to start the motor if the cranking clutch is not in the "disengaged" position. 19. It is prohibited to use the blower in any of the following situations:: 1) The unit and ancillary equipment are defective. 2) The rotor has not been balanced. 3) No safety measures. 4) Without the consent of the substation and dispatch. 20． In one of the following situations, if emergency treatment fails, you should stop the car immediately: 1) The unit vibrates strongly by 0.1mm or clearly hears the sound of metal impact. 2) The bearing smokes. 3) The temperature of a certain bearing bush exceeds the specified index. 4) When the oil pressure is lower than 0.05Mpa and turning on the backup oil pump is ineffective. 5) A large amount of oil leakage in the oil system cannot be replenished, and it is lower than the minimum mark of the oil standard. 6) Tar enters the lubricating oil. 7) A fire in the oil system cannot be extinguished. 8) The gas system in front of the blower catches fire or explodes. 9) The oxygen content of the gas exceeds the regulations, and the reason cannot be found and cannot be reduced in time. 10) There is liquid in the body and the impact is severe. Safety operating procedures for initial cooling 1. It is prohibited to drop the pump, leak the tank, or start the mechanical equipment by persons other than those in the position. 2. It is prohibited to leak gas equipment and pipelines attached to the post. If there is any damage, notify the workshop in a timely manner for processing. 3． It is not allowed to interrupt the circulation of ammonia water at will, and it is forbidden to drain the cooling water of the primary cooler and the water in the water seal tank. 4． It is prohibited to close the gas outlet and inlet valves of the primary cooler without permission, and no liquid is allowed to accumulate in the gas chamber of the primary cooler. 5. When the primary cooler is started, it is prohibited to supply water first and then gas. After the primary cooler is purged with steam, it is strictly prohibited to supply cooling water immediately after stopping the steam. 6. It is prohibited to start a fire privately and smoke on the job. Equipment needs to be repaired by fire. A fire permit must be obtained first, effective measures must be taken, and there must be a dedicated person on site to direct the fire before starting a fire. 7. It is forbidden to overload the equipment, and the backup pump must be cranked every shift. 8. When the motor or bearings smoke or make abnormal noises, stop the vehicle immediately and notify relevant personnel. 9. It is prohibited to wipe while the machine is running. It is not allowed to wipe the motor and switch with a wet cloth, and motors above 40KW are not allowed to be started three times in a row. 10. When inspecting the primary cooler, the pipeline leading to the gas system must be blocked with a blind plate in advance. 11. Post firefighting equipment is not allowed to be misappropriated at will and must be kept clean and intact. Safety operating procedures for electric firefighting 1. It is strictly prohibited to switch between air, nitrogen and gas without opening the bypass valve. 2. It is strictly prohibited to supply gas to the insulated box without filling it with nitrogen. 3． After spraying hot ammonia water, the ammonia water valve must be closed, and this should be done under the conditions of normal temperature and nitrogen pressure of the insulation box. 4． During operation, if it is found that the high-voltage conductor flashovers to the ground, the power must be cut off for inspection. 5. When the oxygen content is found to be greater than 1.0% through testing, the power should be cut off for inspection. 6. If the electric trap needs maintenance, it is required to insert blind plates at the gas inlet and outlet. Before opening the lower manhole, the discharge pipe must be closed and maintenance safety regulations must be followed. 7. If steam is used to clean the electric trap, it must be cooled to normal temperature before it can be turned on.
