Tar deposition at both ends of the gas collection pipes in our factory is extremely severe; cleaning them is necessary almost on a daily basis. This not only wastes waste gas but also is harmful to the environment. I would like to ask if there are any other ways to clean the gas collection pipes.
Is the gas collection pipe deformed? Is the effect of ammonia spraying not good enough? Or is there too much tar in the circulating ammonia? We need to identify the problem at its source; regular cleaning simply isn’t enough
Doesn’t your company clean the low-pressure gas collection pipes at both ends? It is possible to install low-pressure collectors on both sides of the main collector for cleaning (normally open). Also, isn’t the temperature of your collectors a bit low? Raising it to 80–100 degrees should suffice. Additionally, efforts need to be made in terms of production processes and coal blending
The key is to identify the problem at its source, and then use the method from floor 3.

7# Extreme cold. I’m not sure if you usually keep the cleaning nozzles at both ends of the gas collection pipe open; we keep them open 24/7, so there’s no such problem as you mentioned
The gas collection pipes are inspected and cleaned daily with no issues found. Could the problem of waste of waste gas mentioned on the first floor be due to the inappropriate cleaning tools being used by you? In our factory, the cleaning shovels are equipped with a spherical movable cover right on them; as a result, experienced workers can clean using these tools without any coal gas being released. Furthermore, while spraying with low-pressure ammonia water, high-pressure ammonia water should be sprayed at regular intervals.
