The enamel tank (5000L) currently in use in my company is equipped with a paddle mixer; given that its mixing efficiency is poor, I would like to switch to a frame mixer. I would like to know what parameters I need to provide in order to determine the appropriate model for the mixer
First, determine the standards for the reaction vessel, then the equipment volume and the diameter of the stirring holes； First, the stirring length varies depending on the volume; second, the size of the stirring holes in the same reactor also differs. All these factors need to be carefully considered, as choosing the wrong option can lead to serious problems during installation

Yao needs to consider the power and speed of the reducer, as well as the viscosity of the material, in order to determine the appropriate settings; otherwise, the mixing effect will not be good.
