The suction is insufficient; the low volume of air leads to an excess of gas. The checking function has low suction power; there is no response when the scale is turned down.
Could it be that the regenerator is blocked? Try inserting an air duct through the cleaning hole to clean the grid bricks
You can purge the regenerator through the roof storage area and the small flue; if a large amount of dust is seen being discharged, it indicates that there is no serious problem with the regenerator’s grid bricks. However, based on what you’ve described, it’s likely that the grid bricks have melted or are severely clogged
Blast furnace gas or coke oven gas? Dust accumulation in the small flue can be checked and confirmed! The small version of the exhaust flue shows no response; excluding the possibility of inaccurate instruments, this is mainly caused by high resistance in the heating system. A blockage in the regenerator reduces the heat exchange capacity, leading to increased temperatures in the small smoke ducts and branch smoke ducts. Adjusting the small version shows no response; is there any pattern to it? Is it the entire descending side, or just the ends? This phenomenon can also occur if the amount of gas used for heating the blast furnace gas is too large. Verification method: Those who have measured the resistance of the regenerator know that, under normal conditions, the suction force at the top of the rising side is less than that in the small flue. When the amount of gas supplied is too high, it increases the resistance in the regenerator; that is, the buoyant force inside the regenerator becomes less than the resistance, resulting in a suction force at the top of the regenerator that is greater than the suction force in the small flue. It will also reduce the suction force at the roof on the rising side.
