Could you please explain your factory's equipment bidding process? Basis for calibration?
Generally speaking, the bidding documents are first issued, and the qualifications of the bidding manufacturers are reviewed, and then the bids are issued, and each company makes a quotation. Some adopt bid negotiation, and some adopt bid opening on the spot. The negotiation of the bid is of course based on comprehensive consideration of the manufacturer and the quotation.
