The circuit gas contains tar and a small amount of washing oil. Is the problem related to the chemical production process?
It must be that the gas cooling section at the front wasn’t handled properly!
Is the electrostatic tar catcher up to requirements? Has the mist catcher been installed?
It is necessary to have tar present; the gas after electrostatic capture contains a certain amount of tar, and it is impossible to capture all of it. If there is a large amount of washing oil in the off-gas from the furnace, it indicates a problem with the mist catcher at the top of the benzene washing tower.
