What do you mean, is it a decrease in the regenerator’s reserve?
An increase in the amount of steam or dry gas used for pre-heating merely alters the partial pressures of oil and gas, thereby affecting the reaction rate; it also increases the driving force in the regeneration process and boosts the circulation rate of the catalyst. Assuming that the amount of material stored in the stripping section remains constant, there should be no significant change in the amount of material stored during regeneration

If the inventory in the settler decreases, it indicates an increase in the flow rate of steam and dry gas; as a result, the pressure in the settler rises, and the pressure difference between the two units decreases, leading to a reduction in the inventory in the stripping section. 2. The reserve in the regenerator has been on a downward trend; this may be due to the centrifugal separator operating beyond its speed limit, resulting in catalyst leakage from the separator. It is recommended to calculate the line speed.
We are using the MIP process; here this refers to an increase in the amount of steam or dry gas supplied to the reaction zone 2, along with a decrease in the stored volume
For the second reaction zone of the MIP process, with the total reaction pressure remaining constant, as the amount of steam or dry gas increases, the linear velocity rises; accordingly, the catalyst linear velocity increases while its inventory decreases.
