Excessive or insufficient steam volume at the bottom of the gas section leads to poor flow of material in the raw catalyst circulation pipe, resulting in a decrease in the amount of catalyst stored. Why does the amount of catalyst stored decrease?
An excessive or insufficient amount of steam at the bottom of the stripping section has little impact on the feeding of the raw material through the inclined tubes as well as on the amount of material stored there. You should look for other causes, such as backwashing of the inclined tubes or differential pressure across the slide valves. :handshake
