In the past few days, when the equipment was started and the steam drum was put into use, the liquid level was about 50% when the sewage was discharged. When I opened the condensation valve {the process was smooth}, there was no air in the steam vent of the sewage expansion vessel and there was a change in the liquid level of the steam drum. The steam drum has two sewage outlets, one with continuous discharge and one with fixed discharge. The fixed row is the sediment at the bottom of the tank, and the continuous row is the floating matter on the surface of the row. It seems that the steam drum that LZ mentioned does not have condensation discharge.
Is the cooling water in the sewage expansion tank opened too high?
Is there no steam in a short period of time or is there always no steam in the exhaust?? If there is no steam in a short period of time, the change in liquid level may be caused by the pressure change causing the liquid level change in the remote transmission (large error), or the pipeline volume is large. If there is no steam for a long time, the cooling water volume of the fixed exhaust expansion vessel may be large.
The sewage pipeline is too long. When the sewage is first discharged, the water in the pipeline enters the steam expansion vessel, and hot water will be available after a while.
