Can the target of 750 Kg/ton be achieved?
Acids with a value greater than 98 are still acceptable, as long as there is no leakage during operation. 92.5 acid is impossible.
The target set by our factory is 700 Kg, and the sulfuric acid used needs to have a purity of over 95%; this target can basically be achieved.
Both 93% acid and 98% acid are acceptable; in 750 Kg per ton of ammonium sulfate, 750 Kg refers to pure sulfuric acid. If handled properly, it can generally be kept below 740, as the weight of the packaging bags is usually not taken into account when calculating the yield of ammonium sulfate
We can use 92.5% in winter and 98% in summer; 745 KG/T of pure sulfuric acid is the benchmark, and it’s generally possible to meet this requirement
750kg per ton is a very challenging task. . . Leaks must be completely eliminated, and continuous washing of the centrifuge must be ensured; otherwise, it will be difficult to stop leaks
750 kg per ton is mandatory; exceeding this figure will result in evaluation, haha. Process control is very important; in winter production, levels of 94% or 95% can be used, which provides better frost resistance than 93% – it can handle temperatures around minus ten to twenty degrees without issue, and it also helps to reduce acid consumption.
We usually use 94%, but it needs to be around 850 kg per ton.

We used 92.5% sulfuric acid; the acid consumption was 812 Kg, which corresponds to 751.1 kg of pure acid.

No problem. The benchmark for sulfuric acid consumption in our company is 750, and this value is generally achievable
