Need help using HTRI software?

I recently used the HTRI4.0 software to calculate several plate heat exchangers and encountered some problems; I hope experienced users can help me solve them! I would be extremely grateful! 1. I am using HTRI4.0 – I wonder if there will be significant differences in the calculation results compared to HTRI5.0. 2. The software’s CASE MODE offers three options: RATING, SIMULATION, and DESIGN. Which one should I use for my calculations? 3. The type of property data available in HTRI4.0 is limited, mainly focusing on organic substances. If I need property data for other substances, how can I import it? Or can I enter the data manually?
PS: I also have another question – in the HTRI software, does \"RAFFLE CUT\" refer to the opening angle of the baffle plates? I’ve read in some books that the opening angle of baffle plates is generally between 20-50%, but is this measured relative to 360 degrees, meaning the opening angle is between 72-180 degrees?

The size of the cut in the baffle is not determined by an angle, but by a length – specifically, 20-50% of the baffle’s diameter
