Today, the company conducted a test run on the standby gas fan. From 8:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., the fan operated at low speeds of 1,000–2,500 revolutions per minute, and the speed gauge showed significant fluctuations; these fluctuations ranged from 100 to 500. The mechanical and electrical teams ruled out the possibility of motor vibration, as observations on site indicated that the fan was running smoothly without any vibrations. Three instrument technicians came in a row and couldn’t fix it. Later, after a series of personnel such as the factory manager, the mechanical supervisor, the instrument specialist, and the process specialist arrived, the instrument inspector made slight adjustments to the height of the transmission probe; there was some improvement, but the problem was not resolved. When the fan speed rises to 4,000 revolutions per minute, the fluctuation increases to around 50 revolutions per minute. I’m asking here whether there are experts who can analyze the reasons for the large fluctuations in rotational speed performance. Thank you.
There is a high possibility of electromagnetic interference. Is the electromagnetic shielding at the connections of the wiring done properly?

It has a shape similar to that of a thermocouple and is inserted obliquely into the coupling shaft housing. It is said that the data is determined by cutting magnetic field lines. The display table is a standard remote digital meter.
I also think it’s electromagnetic interference; check the wiring shielding
