Additionally, our forum prohibits the use of spam posts like those marked as “top posts.” Therefore, if a good post is discovered, the moderator should certainly give it an appropriate rating to encourage it and boost its visibility, which serves as a good incentive for both the poster and other members
I completely agree. As the leader, you should take on this responsibility and not shirk it; when you do this job, you need to put in effort, right? But I think the suggestions from other members should not put you under any psychological pressure either; I believe it is mainly a form of motivation, and I’m sure the vast majority of members feel the same way.
