It seems that on some forums, the moderators are a bit lazy. . Even if there are good posts, the moderators don’t give extra points or anything of the sort. Of course, the plate will get colder and colder like this. . Everyone should also take a look and see which sections contain good posts that haven’t received any points or attention. For sections like this, we expose those inactive moderators~
Reports can be made to the super-editors of that version or to the members of the super-editor tour group.
The public has sharp eyes. Everyone is welcome to keep an eye on things, just as it is said in the signature on floor 2
I don’t think so; it might be because it keeps the moderator busy, or for some other reason. After all, no one is a full-time worker, right?
It’s not meant to pick on the moderators; it’s just a reminder for them, so that the moderators can actively motivate everyone and drive the entire forum forward~
The ratings of posts are not necessarily given by moderators; the forum’s policy is to encourage all members to provide ratings, rather than just the moderators. Moderators are responsible only for managing the forum posts, using rating systems appropriately to guide the development of these posts, improve their quality, or boost the popularity of the relevant section. The idea of relying on moderator ratings is incorrect. It’s not wrong for moderators not to give scores; it is wrong for them to fail to manage posts properly.
What I’m referring to is not just the ratings, but also actions such as boosting that members are not allowed to perform. Ratings serve as an acknowledgment of a member’s posts, and the ratings given by the moderators certainly have a different effect compared to those given by other users. Additionally, our forum prohibits the use of spam posts like those marked as “top posts.” Therefore, if a good post is discovered, the moderator should certainly give it an appropriate rating to encourage it and boost its visibility, which serves as a good incentive for both the poster and other members
I completely agree. As the leader, you should take on this responsibility and not shirk it; when you do this job, you need to put in effort, right? But I think the suggestions from other members should not put you under any psychological pressure either; I believe it is mainly a form of motivation, and I’m sure the vast majority of members feel the same way. Finally, I wish every section of ours continued success! Wish our forum continued success!
Yeah, let’s all work together~ May our forum embrace everything! ~~
