In the catalytic fractionation tower, the value at 95 degrees is often above 340, while the target value is 365; the density of the slurry is 1019, and the yield is 4.5. Increasing the temperature of the baffle plates makes it impossible to maintain the liquid level at the bottom of the fractionation tower. The recycle ratio is 0.06. Is it possible to reduce the amount of slurry that is discharged? What are the reasons for the low value at 95 degrees, and how can it be increased?

Is it due to changes in the composition, with a high content of aromatic hydrocarbons? Is the density also high?
