Currently, there are several regulations for the preliminary design of petrochemical equipment, including those from Sinopec, PetroChina, and the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. I don’t know how to choose?
Depending on the content of the project, see which one is closer and rely on which design regulations.
It seems that it is not the best choice to approach the design institute to decide which version to adopt. Our policy is to depend on the location of the owner and its superior management agency. for example: Sinopec will not adopt PetroChina's standards, but the opposite is often the case. Do not use the two major oil companies at the end of the place, otherwise there will be experts who have not had contact with the two major oil companies - the conclusion "the main format is wrong"”
