The appropriate price is consistent with the overall investment; 2. The appropriate reliability is consistent with the unit maintenance and life cycle. 3. The appropriate accuracy is consistent with the testing requirements; 4. The appropriate measurement method is consistent with the theoretical measurement. Of course, this only refers to instrument measurement!
The same equipment can optimize the entire related system. Different people will get different results, which requires experience.
