Process for converting powder to granules

Our factory is currently considering using a tower that processes powdered monoammonium phosphate to produce granular diammonium phosphate. What kind of modifications are needed? Please share your opinions on this matter; any good suggestions or ideas are welcome to be put forward for discussion.
This is also something that many companies are trying to do these days. The modification is quite simple; it just requires collecting a lot of data during actual production. The changes involved aren’t significant – merely two additional dissolution tanks and one intermediate tank (which can be used for spraying). If necessary, a separate spraying tank can be installed as well. This process results in minimal energy consumption, so it’s very practical. Keep working hard, buddy
