Which operating conditions of the electric actuator need to be sent to the DCS for display and monitoring?
If the DCS is relatively large in scale, it can generally receive most of the information from the executive agency. It depends on whether you need it or not. They are all transmitted via bus or HART. For example, fault, diagnosis and other information. However, these are not directly displayed on the DCS. They are only used for analysis and are connected to MMS and so on.
The main feedback to DCS is the opening of the electric valve.
The valve position of the electric valve, valve switch position status, and whether there is an over-torque fault status
Generally, the opening or position of the electric actuator is fed back to the DCS and displayed on the DCS, but the specifics depend on the process requirements and control requirements.
