We need to build a powder silo, but we are not sure how to select the appropriate feeders, belt conveyors, bucket elevators, dust collectors for the silo roof, and fluidization devices. Are there any accompanying tables, such as indicating what size of conveying equipment is required for a 100 m3 powder silo? If a conveyor claims to transport 20 m3 per hour, does that mean 20 m3 for powders of any density? For example, if I require 20 m3 of powder to be transported per hour, what size spiral conveyor should be chosen? Should we choose 20 m3 per hour, or include a safety margin? Thank you all for your advice!
It is mentioned in the \"Coking Design Reference Materials\" that you should take a look at them; http://bbs.hcbbs.com/thread-3934-1-2.html
I also want to know; I’m not sure if detailed information can be provided here
Each individual device has its own process data; contact the manufacturer to discuss this matter together
We are familiar with conveying systems and related processes, but we’re not very good at handling powder silos. There’s a project available recently; we can exchange ideas through QQ at 18255352
The conveying capacity of the conveyor is related to the density of your material, not as you mentioned. Dust removal equipment is also related to your materials; if the project is small, you can handle it on your own, while if it’s large, you can contact manufacturers for design, manufacturing, and installation. We also encounter this type frequently.
Dear poster, we are a manufacturer of feeding machines, bucket elevators, conveyors and other such equipment; we often encounter situations related to these components. If you need any assistance, feel free to contact me at 994499gcf@163.com
