Can A312TP304 be used in medium-pressure steam pipelines at 427°?

During the construction of our plant’s medium-pressure steam pipelines (with a design temperature of 427° and a design pressure of 4.2 Mpa), we ran out of the elbows made of A106B, so we used A312TP304 as a substitute. Also, is welding of steel allowed under such operating conditions?
Stainless steel type 18-8 can be used in conditions above 500°C.
Any material of A106B will work; 304 is definitely fine as well. Special attention must be paid when welding dissimilar steels
