Measurement accuracy of gas material flow rate at the inlet and outlet devices

The required measurement accuracy for the material flow rate in such inlet and outlet devices is generally 0.3%. This accuracy is manageable for liquid materials, but it’s difficult to determine an appropriate value for gaseous materials. Do anyone have any good suggestions?
Just choose a mass flow meter with a precision level of 0.1
Can the accuracy class of mass flow meters for measuring gases really be that high? It’s impossible, it’s on the 2nd floor.
There is no need for an online flow meter; if the process permits, liquefying the gas phase can be considered, and a load-bearing metering device can be used instead
