The temperature is really too high. The pipe diameter is also relatively large; high-pressure nozzles should work fine, as well as Venturi tubes. It depends on whether the installation location is convenient. However, be sure to pay attention to the material of the throttling device used, and check whether the temperature and pressure curves meet the required pressure standards.
If the installation conditions permit, it is still better to use an orifice plate with a differential pressure transmitter. But with such high temperatures, it is essential to ensure that the voltage tolerance requirements are met.
The use of orifice plates is not recommended; the pipe diameter in question is too large, which means that the orifice plates and flanges will be overly bulky, making maintenance very difficult. Moreover, flanges and orifice plates with large openings are likely to be expensive as well. Orifice plates should not be used for pipes with a diameter of DN200 or larger; The suggestion for the 2nd floor is good – using Anubaa and similar types of instruments.
