The bearing cage of the impact crusher in my workshop was damaged twice in a row. The cycle was less than two months. The bearing cage was damaged every time. I don’t know the reason. The bearing model is 22228.
In addition, the vibration of the bearing operation (it feels very small by hand) and the maximum temperature is 48 degrees Celsius.
Personally, I think that on the premise of excluding bearing manufacturing quality, the following reasons can be considered: 1. During installation, is the concentricity of the bearing housing holes at both ends within the allowable range? ； 2. During operation, the shaft may move axially.
The distance between the two bearings is 1.5m. The bearings allow for alignment. One bearing seat is used to find the position of the other bearing seat, and both have axial positioning.
