There are also several types of certifications for MA, but based on the information provided by the poster, it seems to be a certification related to metrology
What LZ is asking about is probably the CMA mark, right? CMA — China Metrology Accreditation; it is the mark indicating metrological certification in China. CMA (National) No. (A0233) represents the official approval code for a metrological certification institution of ** level. There is an MA certification without a C, and the one with a C is **; the version without a C is likely a provincial-level certification
