I have a question regarding socketed pipes. Serial number, Specification (inches), Material, Length (meters), Remarks: 26, 4” BELL&SPIGOT TYPE, GRE, 3.5 BARG, 80℃, MFG STD 276. This is what’s written in the bid document for an Iranian project. I was wondering if it’s okay that the material isn’t specified there Also, what does GRE stand for? MFG STD stands for manufacturer standard – does that mean I have to set the standard myself? The manufacturer told me that socket pipes are priced per piece; I’m not sure if that’s correct
