We often encounter issues related to the modification or utilization of existing equipment; friends, please share the practices of your respective organizations； Some owners are not in favor of the requirement to pass the \"Inspection Rules for In-Service Equipment\" test before deciding whether to modify or utilize the equipment; they consider it to be a way of finding faults. However, it is very difficult for us to insist on this approach for the sake of safety.
It is very important to know: are the reused equipment in your company pressure vessels? If not, why can’t it be changed this way?
