Our unit has a 10-ton steam boiler that supplies gas to a 120,000-ton/year device. During normal production, we hope that the pressure of the boiler can be stable at 0.8 MPa. Because there is a pressure fluctuation of about 1 kilogram, the corresponding steam temperature will change, thus affecting the operation of our process. Can anyone with experience in this field explain it.
As long as the steam pressure fluctuates, the steam temperature will generally fluctuate. This is because a certain pressure corresponds to a certain steam temperature. There is a conversion formula for this.
It is OK if the boiler pressure can be stabilized at 0.8mpa. But there is a premise: The production gas consumption in the device area is stable. Because of changes in gas consumption, the pressure balance of the pipe network will fluctuate. The air, coal, and water operating parameters of the boiler must be adjusted accordingly. It will take a certain amount of time to establish a new system balance point. It is recommended that you communicate with the boiler department in a timely manner to allow sufficient adjustment time when the gas consumption changes. At the same time, slowly adjust the air consumption.
It should be a saturated steam boiler.
The stability of boiler pressure does not lie in the boiler itself, but mainly in the fluctuation of gas consumption in subsequent processes.
The temperature difference per unit pressure difference of low-pressure boilers is relatively large. The only way is to coordinate the positions well and adopt pre-conditioning. Our steam boiler adopts this method, which is more tiring to operate, but the effect is very good.
1. The gas consumption department will contact the boiler class in advance about the gas consumption situation. 2. Add steam storage equipment
The main reasons for the stability of boiler pressure are fluctuations in gas consumption in subsequent processes, as well as the heat source and load of the boiler itself. Look at it in combination
If the combustion conditions remain unchanged and the gas consumption changes, the pressure and corresponding temperature will change. If the gas consumption and combustion conditions remain unchanged, the pressure fluctuation will become smaller accordingly. It is essential to increase steam storage equipment. In addition, the process and the boiler must communicate in time to change the combustion conditions at any time.
I want to ask, can I use a buffer tank? If it can be done, I think it will be easy to adjust~~:)
This issue depends on two aspects. One is the issue of boiler operation control, which must be properly controlled. Another issue depends on the gas consumption in subsequent processes. If the load fluctuates, the boiler will definitely fluctuate as well!
1. Control heat source flow and heat stability. 2. The regulating valve should be controlled manually as much as possible.
