Before starting the furnace, we need to vent the cooling water in the reduction furnace barrel. How do we do that? Let’s discuss it together!
It might be due to different manufacturing processes; the water or oil we use goes to the oil wastewater and waste oil pipes at the top of the furnace, and if there is gas present, it can be discharged directly! Normally, it can be vented every few hours as specified, but in special circumstances, venting can also be done more frequently! This prevents air from remaining inside the jacket or sleeve of the reduction furnace, thereby ensuring effective heat exchange!
