Many manufacturing enterprises are located in Hunan and Sichuan; they do not use electricity from the power grid. Use the small hydropower plants in the county town. Large manufacturers build their own thermal power plants. There is also significant investment in equipment, mainly electrolyzers and their associated systems, all of which require titanium and precious metals such as ruthenium and iridium.

From what I’ve read in various sources, it seems that there isn’t much shared equipment between the production of caustic soda and sodium chlorate. I’m not sure if my understanding is accurate; please, experts in this field, could you tell me roughly how much of the equipment can be shared between them?
