Questions about indoor fire hydrants

Building codes require that factories and warehouses with an area of more than 300㎡ be equipped with indoor fire hydrants. In the project I am working on currently, the factory’s area is 360㎡; however, raw materials and products in this facility can produce highly toxic gas, phosgene, when exposed to water. Is it possible to exempt this facility from the requirement to have indoor fire hydrants?
Sure, there’s another provision in the building codes that you didn’t notice: 8.3.4 Buildings that contain items that can catch fire or explode when in contact with water, as well as other buildings where there are no water supply pipes for domestic or industrial use, and whose outdoor fire-fighting water comes from storage tanks, and whose volume is 5000 m3 or less, do not need to be equipped with indoor fire hydrants.
