Are bimetal thermometers with thermal resistors explosion-proof? Which one is better? Is the installation method the same as an ordinary bimetal thermometer?
The bimetal thermometer with a thermal resistor is not a good solution in itself. Unless two interface nozzles are not allowed on the pipeline or equipment, try not to use this solution. Once there is a problem, the scene and the control room will be gone.
Agree with the opinion above, I have never used anything like this! Integrated temperature change with local indication is optional:)
As mentioned above, one of the reasons for choosing a bimetal thermometer with a thermal resistance signal is that there are few openings in the equipment. Another reason is that the temperature of the measuring point has a corresponding remote monitoring point for reference. Adding or not adding it will not affect the operation. Bimetal thermometers with thermal resistance signals can be produced by domestic thermometer manufacturers. We have used thermometers from Anhui Tiankang, Shangyi and Hangzhou Fuyang Fuchunjiang.
Agree with the person above. When the environment is not harsh, there are still more bimetal/platinum resistance thermometers. Tiankang and Quhua are more famous, and explosion-proof ones can generally be made by qualified manufacturers.
For local and remote indication, an integrated temperature transmitter can be selected, with a standard 4~20mA signal. It is recommended to choose imported products.
